This place was absolutely lovely. Room was great, clean, and spacious. Had a small balcony overlooking a neighbouring café. We were 3 people staying in the room & they had brought extra towels up for us before we even had the chance to ask. You have to pre order breakfast for the following day, $10 a plate, it was delicious with everything freshly made. Upon checking out the owner even offered to take some photos of the group around various locations near by and emailed them to us straight away. Special shout out to the fact that they have two ply toilet paper… been staying in a lot of hotels this trip & this was the only place so far with real toilet paper.

I did not realized this hotel was pet-friendly. My friends and I checked in at their biggest room with the water view. We were tired and it was pouring hard outside that day and the last thing we needed was fur on our clothes, sofa, and bed. When we asked help from the front desk, he simply said that the previous customer had a small dog. If they missed so much pet fur from the previous customer, it made us wonder how thoroughly they clean their rooms. At first he only wanted to change the top duvet cover and to give us lint rollers (for our clothes or for the sofa??). Kinda strange and to think we almost paid 400$ for one night. One of us was allergic to per dander so we had to ask for a new room. Got a mumble of an apology from staff but otherwise no further acknowledgement of the incident. Just be weary if you have allergies.

Service ok, friendly. House keeping needs major work. Full Mascara eye print on comforter, 2 dirty stained pillows, Stained bed sheets, "Brown" staines on bath towels. Seems as if nothing is washed just maybe air dried to make it fluff again if that. Would not recommend staying just solely on the cleanliness. Brought up the concerns and all I got was a "oh sorry" and " what room". King size bed is just 2 twins together which is not very comfortable with a groove in the middle.

This older yet charming inn is located close to everything. It has two locations right across from eachother, which we were unaware of but didnt mind. The parking is awful with very limited spaces, the owner forgot her name very nice lady helped us find a spot to park. A suggestion would be to have some information on the building itself for those who love history. The staff was friendly and informative of shows and movies that had been filmed there along with other historical information. This place is pet friendly which is fantastic!

We stayed at Smugglers cove in the main building with the elevator. All the staff including the owners were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was renovated nicely and very comfortable. It’s right in the middle of anything you might want to see. Highly recommend!!

The service at the Inn was great but not worth the price. I would not stay again. The Inn showed sold out online but when we pulled up there was a vacancy sign. The rooms were very clean but comfort was just ok. The city basically shuts down around 5 during the week. The Inn has few amenities, I was not even able to purchase bottle water from the attaching restaurant. Save yourself a lot of money and book out of town. The Inn is extremely overpriced for what you get.
